Shipping Policy

Please read the information below to understand how and when your items will be shipped.

Packaging

Prints 8x10 and under are shipped flat in a sturdy envelope with card stiffeners to prevent damage. Anything larger will be sent via cardboard inception, i.e., a sturdy shipping tube inside of a box to add an extra layer of protection, as well as avoid extra charges for an odd shaped package. 

Original paintings are shipped in sturdy boxes and packed with bubble wrap to ensure safe arrival of your painting. All orders for original paintings are hand-packed by me and include a personalized handwritten note and a Certificate of Authenticity.

Processing Time

Prints are made to order in house by myself. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be dispatched (orders will usually be dispatched earlier than this but this allows for busier periods). All orders are sent via tracked and insured services. You will receive an email with a tracking reference once your order is shipped.

Original paintings are packed and shipped by me from California, US. These are usually dispatched within 7 business days unless otherwise stated.

Estimated Shipping Times

*Please note these are estimates and can vary depending on your location.* 

Please get in touch if the shipping time has exceeded the estimated delivery time.

United States:

• Prints: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

• Original paintings: 1-3 business days after dispatch.

International:

• Prints: 5–21 business days after dispatch

• Original paintings: 7–21 business days after dispatch

*Shipping times do not include any delays caused by customs or postal service disruptions.*

Shipping Carriers

I use a range of carriers depending on the destination and product type. Once your item ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. 

Customs & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or additional delivery fees charged by their country. These are not included in the item or shipping price.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived, it must be reported to me within 2 months of the order date. After that time, I may no longer be able to assist.

Shipping Damage

If your item arrives damaged, please email me at sixfortenart@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery and include clear photo evidence of the damage along with your order number. For prints, a replacement will be issued. For original paintings, I will work with you to assess the issue and find a suitable solution.
